TuinApp is a UK-built, AI-native business platform for small and mid-market organisations. We replace the patchwork of HR, scheduling, CRM, accounting, ATS, safety and learning tools with a single multi-tenant SaaS, and put an embedded AI advisor (Carina) inside it.
Who we are
TuinApp is operated by Verlox Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17103731), building the next generation of business platforms for small and mid-market employers. We are independently funded and UK-resident. Our team has previously built HR, scheduling, safety and accounting products serving thousands of UK SMEs.
Why we built TuinApp
UK SMEs typically stitch together five to nine tools to run the business: an HR platform, a scheduling app, a CRM, accounting software, a learning system, a safety log, payroll software, a recruitment portal, a perks scheme. Each tool has its own login, its own bill, its own data silo, and its own AI bolt-on that does not know what is happening in the others.
TuinApp puts all of those functions in one tenant, with one bill, one identity store, one audit log, and one AI brain (Carina) that can see across them. Carina is not a chatbot bolted to the side. She is an embedded HR, H&S and operations advisor with tools to draft contracts, generate compliance checklists, schedule shifts from a sentence, chase invoices, and flag risks before they bite.
Our principles
- Security as a foundation, not a feature. Per-tenant database isolation, granular RBAC, UK data residency by default, audit logs on every change, optional BYOK on Enterprise.
- Honest, published pricing. No quote-only sales theatre. From £79 a month, flat. Enterprise from £299 with a published feature list.
- AI with a human in the loop. Carina drafts; you approve. Reversible actions are asked-first by default. Compliance evidence for the EU AI Act, NYC Local Law 144, and GDPR Article 22 is built in.
- Open standards. Public REST API, webhooks, MCP server, CSV exports. Your data is your data; you can leave any time and take it with you.
Where we are based
Verlox Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Companies House 17103731) and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller (ICO reference ZC108946). Customer data is hosted in the European Union by default with the option to pin UK or regional residency on Enterprise. Our infrastructure partners are listed on the GDPR & Sub-processors page.
